This policy explains what information Ignite STEAM and Fine Arts Academy (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you enter:
- Parent or guardian name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Your child’s grade
- Your message
How we use it
We use this information only to answer your inquiry, arrange a tour, and communicate with you about enrollment. Messages are delivered to the school by an email service provider, and we send you an automatic confirmation email. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) helps protect the form from spam.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Tour scheduling (Calendly)
Tours are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book a tour, the information you enter is collected by Calendly and shared with us. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, which buttons are clicked, when a form is sent, or when a tour or call is booked). We may also use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. These tools are loaded only after you click “OK” in the cookie banner; if you decline, they are not loaded.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the website.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
How long we keep information
Inquiries sent through the contact form are stored in the school’s secure database and are available only to school administration.
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to manage enrollment, or as required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
